Search and manage the Export History

SECURITY  Contracts permission: Can access Invoice History, and (Invoice) Export Wizard

NAVIGATION   > Contracts > Export History

The Export History allows you to search for and manage batches of exported transactions within a specified export date range. You can optionally filter by organization name. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.

Export batches cannot be viewed from the table.

Print button

To print the contents of the table, click the Print button.

How to...

  1. Right-click a batch in the table and select Export Batch. A .CSV or .XML file will be downloaded to your computer.
  2. Click to open the file.

NOTE  When you re-export a batch in the Internetware Connect (XML to URL) format, a dialog appears noting that any data currently posted to the URL will be overwritten with the data in the current export. Click OK to proceed.

When you delete an export batch, the export flag on the transactions will be deleted. You can modify them if needed, and re-export them.

  1. Right-click and select Delete Export Batch.
  2. Confirm the deletion to proceed.
