Reports that export customer data to .csv or XML

SECURITY  Refer to Required Permission for each report

NAVIGATION  Refer to Path for each report. Note that LiveReports may be published to any report category or multiple report categories, or may not be published at all in your Autotask instance. To publish a LiveReport, refer to Publishing LiveReports.

Standard reports

Export organizations

Required Permission Security level with access to Reports > CRM category AND CRM > Feature Access >
"Can Access Export features in CRM Section" permission
Path > Reports > CRM tab > Exports
Description Export selected Organization records to .csv. Optionally filter Organizations by territory.

NOTE  If you need to export more than 50,000 records, we recommend that you run the report by territory.

Export organizations to XML

Required Permission Security level with access to Reports > CRM category AND CRM > Feature Access >

Path > Reports > CRM tab > Exports
Description Export selected Organization records to XML. Optionally filter Organizations by territory.

Export contacts

Required Permission Security level with access to CRM
Path > Reports > CRM > Exports
Description

Export contacts to .csv, with many filtering options. The report can also be saved as an .html file.

NOTE  This report is limited to 5,000 records. If you need to export more than 5,000 records, apply appropriate filters and run the report multiple times.
