Reports on project details and time lines

NAVIGATION  Refer to Path for each report. Note that LiveReports may be published to any report category or multiple report categories, or may not be published at all in your Autotask instance. To publish a LiveReport, refer to Publishing LiveReports.

Standard reports

Project detail print view

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Projects category and Project type view permission
Path	> Reports > Report Categories > Projects >  Projects section
Description	A printable view of all project pages, including summary, schedule, issues, team, charges, notes, rates, calendar and attachments. The phases and tasks are sorted by start date and time. If multiple tasks start at the same time, they will be sorted by create date and time.

What's Due

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Projects category and View Projects permission
Path	> Reports > Report Categories > Projects >  Tasks section Open a project > Related Reports > Project Schedule Reports
Description	Displays project tasks that are due on the specified date. Select from a one day or one week view.

Project hours by resource and month

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Projects category and view Project type permission.
Path	> Reports > Report Categories > Projects >  Projects section
Description	Project hours by resource for a selected year, broken out by month.

Daily Status

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Projects category and View Projects
Path	> Reports > Report Categories > Projects >  Tasks section Open a project > Related Reports > Project Schedule section
Description	Displays work done on tasks by resources assigned to those tasks. Select from one day or one week view.

Schedule Summary

Required Permission	Security level with access to Projects
Path	Open a project > Related Reports > Project Schedule section
Description	Displays the complete list of Project Phases and Tasks as per the project schedule.

Schedule Detail

Required Permission	Security level with access to Projects
Path	Open a project > Related Reports > Project Schedule section
Description	Displays the complete list of Project Phases and Tasks as per the project schedule with additional details like Task Status, Resources assigned to the Task, Task Start Date and End Date.

LiveReports

Overdue project summary

Required Permission	Security level with access to Reports > Executive category (assigned to default System Administrator and Manager security levels) Or published to your security level, department, or directly to you
Path	> Reports > Report Categories > Executive >  Projects section Or LiveReports list in "published to" category tab
Description	This summary report shows all active overdue projects with summary of actual vs estimated hours and charges for quick review of each project.

Project summary

Required Permission	Administrator or Manager security level. May be published to other security levels, departments, or resources.
Path	Open a project > Related Reports > Project Financials Reports section > Reports > Projects tab > LiveReports
Description	This report shows actual vs. estimated hours summary for all 'active' projects started within a specific date range.
