The Project Calendar page

SECURITY  Permission to view projects. Refer to Project security settings.

NAVIGATION   > Projects > Search > Projects > click Search > context menu > View Project > Calendar

The project Calendar page displays a list of all calendar items created for the project. They can only be viewed and managed from this page. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.

NOTE   Project calendar items do not appear anywhere outside of the project.

Option Description

New

To add a calendar item to the project, click New. Refer to Adding a project calendar item.

View

Select this option from the menu to open the View Project Calendar Item dialog window. All fields are view-only.

Edit

 Select this option from the menu to open the Edit Project Calendar Item window. Users with access to the project can modify all fields.

Delete

Users with access to the project can delete any calendar.
