The Projects dashboard

NOTE  You can set this dashboard as your home page in your user profile. Refer to Settings.

The Projects Dashboard allows managers to manage multiple projects associated with multiple customers, personnel resources, and deadlines. From this page you can quickly see what projects you are involved with, open any of those projects, access project reports, and see a directory of resources assigned to your projects.

This section provides access to project reports grouped under four headings: Team Deadlines and Due Dates, Resources, Completed, and Administration. Refer to Project reports.

NOTE  Project financial data is only available if you have access to one of the following modules: Contracts, Reports, or Admin.

Unexpected and often time sensitive, open issues are a priority. See how many issues are open for projects you are associated with. Click the number to view a list of the issues.

View a list of projects you are associated with:

  • Lead: You are the project lead.
  • Team Member: You are a team member but not the lead.
  • Department Lead: Projects that are assigned to departments where you are the department lead.

This directory of all resources involved in your projects provides quick access to contact information. Click an email address to open a pre-addressed email message form.
