NAVIGATION > CRM > Search > Contacts > click on a contact name > Accessory Tabs > Notes > View Note
On the View Note page, users who do not have Edit permissions for notes can view the entire text of the note in a scrollable window. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
The following information is displayed:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Created By | The name of the user who created the note. |
| Created / Last Modified Date | The date and time that the note was created or last modified. |
| Description | The entire content of the note. |
| Action Type | A classification that describes the activity tracked in the note. Refer to Action types. |
| Assigned to | The name of the user responsible for the activity. |
