Action(s) There are three possible options:
  • If the billing rule was executed and no charges were created, "No charges created" is displayed.
  • If a single charge was created, clicking the link opens the Contract Charge page. The Product and Service/Bundle fields cannot be edited, but otherwise, this type of contract charge can be modified like any other contract charge, as long as it has not yet been approved and posted.
    Refer to Contract Charges.
  • If multiple charges were created, which happens when items are prorated or tiered pricing is in effect, the View Charges dialog opens. Click one of the listed charges to edit or view it.

The dialog also opens when only one charge was created, but the billing rule has a maximum, and the actual number of items is exceeding the maximum.

Execution Date Displays the date and time the billing rule was executed. You can filter this column on a series of dynamic date ranges that refer to the past. The default is "In Last 30 days".
Charge Date The Date Purchased on the Contract Charge page. Unlike the Execution Date, this date could be in the future. The default is "In Last 30 days".
